Sayreville Economic & Redevelopment Agency Announces Request for Qualifications for Professional Services

The Sayreville Economic & Redevelopment Agency (SERA) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for various professional service positions through a Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
As the Agency continues its efforts to promote responsible redevelopment, economic growth, and community investment throughout the Borough of Sayreville, SERA is seeking qualified professionals to provide expertise and support in a variety of areas essential to the Agency's operations and redevelopment initiatives.
The Agency is accepting qualifications for the following positions:
Real Estate Appraiser
Special Counsel for Redevelopment Matters
Agency Attorney
Agency Auditor
Agency Engineer
Agency Planner
Bond Counsel
Bond Underwriter
Financial Consultant
Interested firms and individuals are encouraged to review the RFQ documents and submission requirements available through the Agency's website.
All submissions must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 and delivered in a sealed envelope to:

The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked "SERA RFQ" along with the position being sought. Proposals submitted by facsimile transmission or email will not be accepted.
Applicants are required to submit:
Two (2) paper copies of the proposal
One (1) electronic copy on a USB drive
